Phase 2 | Conceptual Design …In the conceptual design phase, we immerse ourselves in the creative process to craft a vision that aligns seamlessly with your aspirations. This stage is characterized by the presentation of inspirational imagery, product materials and selections, along with preliminary sketches. Phase 3 | Design Development …The design development phase is where we focus on the approved design narrative and develop a more detailed and visual understanding of the design direction. Phase 4 | Construction Documentation …During this phase our focus shifts to the preparation and presentations of detailed specifications for the contractors use. These comprehensive detailed drawings and schedules will serve as a guide for smooth implementation of the design directives. We actively participate in on-site meeting which allows us to address any potential challenges in real-time and maintain the integrity of the envisioned concept. We believe this level of involvement ensures success throughout this extensive phase and ultimately delivers a timeless, well-constructed and functional home that sets the “stage” for the final touches.

Phase 5 | Procurement …We consider this final phase as the finishing touch to your design journey. This is where you can see your planned vision come together. Whenever possible, we integrate existing furnishings, art and accessories, completing the space by introducing carefully curated new pieces. Visual presentations, material samples and floor plans are created for your review. Once selections are confirmed we provide budget spreadsheets for approval and sign-off. From there, we will take complete charge of ordering, tracking and receiving, ensuring a smooth and stress-free installation process.
